Dining out options..

So I find it dificult finding good options when dinning out. But I have found some sooooo good meals that are low in calories!!!!! I just have to share!

Dave & Busters-

Southwestern Salad with Grilled Chicken:

Chipotle-honey glazed grilled chicken breast, sliced and tossed
with romaine lettuce, tortilla strips, Mexican cheeses, onions,
avocado and pico de gallo in a chipotle ranch dressing. 250 cals.

OR-With chipotle-honey glazed Grilled Salmon 245 cals.

OMG this is sooo good! I only ate 2/3's of it (the salad was really big). So it was really only about 166 calories. I had the grilled chicken. I want to try the grilled salmon next :)


Chicken Tortilla Soup
Cup 190 cals.

I had 1/2 of this soup also. It was yummy :)

In the end my whole lunch was 262 Calories. I try and eat 400 or less calories at each meal. Accomplished that!


Denny's

I had...

1/2 a wheat toast
1 egg whites (you can ask for just egg whites)
1/2 grits
2 bacon

and I was satisfied. Yum! All that equals 182 calories.
